PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a freezing accident due to residual water in a drop-in hopper, by providing a control means which switches a switching valve to the drop-in side during detection of residual water by means of a residual water detecting means when an operation mode is OFF. CONSTITUTION:If, for example, the auto feed of hot water is completed by closing a drop-in valve 9 through control of a controller 10, when an operation mode is switched to OFF and an operation switch is switched to OFF, a float switch 8 serving as a residual water detecting means transmits a residual water detecting signal to a controller 10 when there is residual water in a hopper 7, and a switching valve 5 is switched to an inlet 5a on the drop-in side, and a circulating pump 4 is started to guide residual water to a bath tube 3. When residual water is decreased to zero and the float switch 8 is brought into an OFF state, the switching valve 5 is switched to the inlet 5b on the circulation side, the outlet of the hopper 7 is closed, and the circulating pump 4 is brought into a stop. |
