PURPOSE:To select only the necessary component of the image signal of a sample image, and to record plural sample images in a sheet of photograph recording device, by controlling the deflecting signals of a CRT for photographing the sample image independently respectively. CONSTITUTION:The primary electron beams are received by a sample 3, and the radiated secondary electrons are converted into electric signals by a secondary electron detector 4. The signals are amplified by a video amplifier 5, and made into brightness signals for an observation CRT 6 and a photograph CRT 7. Moreover, a primary electron beam deflecting circuit 12 of the mirror body, an observation CRT deflecting circuit 9, and a photograph CRT deflecting circuit 10 are controlled independently respectively by a deflecting signal control circuit 11. In such a system, the photographed condition of the sample 3 is displayed in three phases A to C. The necessary portions of the first, the second, and the third conditions are controlled at the upper part a, the central part b, and the lower part c of the CRT 7, by the direction of the deflecting circuits 9 and 10, which are controlled by the circuit 11, and a switch 8 is ON only when the sample image is displayed on the CRT 7.
