PURPOSE:To prevent the damage and wear of a disk and to shorten the time until contacting is made stable at the time of head loading by joining the tip part of a movable body for pressurizing a spring operation abutted to a gimbal plate to the back of the gimbal plate. CONSTITUTION:The supporting structure 91 of a head 1 sandwiches a disk 3, makes symmetrical to the supporting structure 89 of a head 0, the tip of a movable body 97 of a head 0 side 89 is engaged and tightly fixed to the back of the gimbal plate 93, and at a head 1 side 91, the tip of a movable body 97 is abutted to a gimbal plate 9 simply. The head 0 and the head 1 are elastically supported, the oscillation of the head is suppressed, the impact at the time of head loading is released, the force applied to the disk is made into about 1/5, a head settling time can be made into about 1/2, the off-track is eliminated by the smooth follow-up of a head to the undulation of the disk and the damage and wear of the disk can be minimized.
