PURPOSE:To prevent a feeling of speeding due to delay action of a throttle valve, by providing a means, which sets the ignition timing in accordance with an operative condition, and correcting the ignition timing to a delay timing side when a throttle opening is positioned in an opening side. CONSTITUTION:A throttle control means controls the opening of a throttle means on the basis of the throttle opening and closing characteristic predetermined in accordance with an accelerator control amount. While a signal detecting means, which detects a condition that the throttle opening is positioned in an opening side from the throttle opening and closing characteristic corresponding to the accelerator control amount, detects whether or not the throttle means acts in the opening side for an accelerator. And in accordance with the detection of the signal detecting means, a correcting means corrects the ignition timing, set by a basic ignition timing setting means, to a delay timing side. In this way, an engine output is reduced, and a feeling of speeding due to a delay of a throttle valve can be prevented.
