PURPOSE:To apply stress in a direction allowing two substrates to suck each other and to hold both substrates rigidly by sticking the two substrates having recording layers respective to the bottom face part of a disk whose cross section on the center line forms and approximate trapezoid oppositely to each other and allowing overflowed adhesives to hold the inclined part of the approximately trapezoidal part. CONSTITUTION:The disk-like substrate 1, 2 having the recording layers 3, 4 are stuck to the bottom part of the disk whose cross section on the center line is the approximately trapezoidal shape so that the recording layers 3, 4 are opposed to each other. At that time, overflowed adhesives 5, 6 hold the inclined part of the approximately trapezoidal part. The adhesives is constituted of vinyl ester by mixing cobalt naphthenate as a curing accelerator and keton series peroxide as a curing agent in a resin solution containing 36% styrene monomer, curing the mixture at a room temperature and then executing post- curing at 60 deg.C for 2hr. The coefficient of curing contraction under said curing conditions is about 6% and proper stress is applied to the optical disk substrates 1, 2. |
