PURPOSE:To easily form an IC and to miniaturize a circuit by multiplexing a focus servo signal and a tracking servo signal time-dividedly and switching the multiplexed signal to a focus driving signal and a tracking driving signal. CONSTITUTION:A focus error signal 6 and a tracking error signal 7 are time- dividedly multiplexed by one signal through a 1st switch 8 and the multiplexed signal is A/D converted by an A/D converter 9. The AGC and phase compensation of the signal are executed by a digital signal processing circuit 10 respectively based on focus servo and tracking servo and the processed signal is D/A converted by a D/A converter 11. A focus driving signal 13 and a tracking error signal 14 are distributed to a focus actuator 15 and a tracking actuator 16 by a 2nd switch 12 to execute focus servo and tracking servo. Consequently, the IC formation of the digital signal processing circuit 10 can be easily executed and the servo circuit of an optical disk can be miniaturized.
