摘要 PURPOSE:To improve a responsive characteristic against variation of an amount of water vapor and improve accuracy of sensing operation by a method wherein a temperature sensor is arranged within a compartment which is positioned at a discharging port of a heating chamber as near as possible and has a moisture feeding port facing against a partially-narrowed discharging passage. CONSTITUTION:A high frequency heating device is constructed such that a humidity sensing deice 25 is provided within a compartment 24 which is positioned in a discharging passage 26 extending from a discharging port 23 of a heating chamber to a discharging port 27 outside a main body as near as possible the discharging port 23 of the heating chamber and has a moisture feeding port 24a faced against the partially- narrowed discharging passage 26. Due to this arrangement, water vapor exiting out of the discharging port 23 of the heating chamber passes through the narrow part in the discharging passage 6, so that its flow speed is increased correspondingly. In addition, since the humidity sensing device 25 is placed near the discharging port 23 of the heating chamber, the water vapor is immediately detected. Therefore, a responsive speed against variation of water vapor is high and can be detected at a level near a completion of the heating operation, so that a sensing accuracy can be increased.
