PURPOSE:To easily adjust a delay time by terminating IDT on a main propagation path which are between IDTs for input and output and not between them with proper load impedance respectively. CONSTITUTION:Four IDTs 4-7 made of metal such as aluminum are formed on a piezoelectric body substrate 3 along the propagation path of a SAW. Input/output terminals 10, 13, 16, and 19 are connected to input/output terminals 28 and 29 through matching circuits 20 and 21. Further, terminals 22, 23, 25, and 26 for termination are terminated by loads 24 and 27 for termination. For example, when IDTs 5 and 6 are connected to the input/output terminals, the SAW has a delay time T1(=l1/v) determined by the distance l1 between the IDTs 5 and 6 and SAW speed V.
