PURPOSE:To provide a suction-type egg breaker composed of a closed box to be sucked, a hollow part formed on the top face of the box and a protrusion attached to the center of the hollow part and consisting of two slant faces forming an acute angle, and capable of quickly sucking the content of an egg by thrusting the protrusion through an egg. CONSTITUTION:A hollow part 6 is formed on the top surface of a closed vessel 1 to be sucked and a protrusion 2 consisting of two slant faces 5, 5 forming an acute angle is formed at the center of the hollow part. The lower part of the protrusion 2 is opened in the closed vessel 1 and at least one of the end parts 4 of the protrusion 2 forming a triangle is kept in opened state. The height of the protrusion is preferably about 2/3 of the minor diameter of a chicken's egg.
