PURPOSE:To manufacture a thin sheet-like magnetic powder-mixed molded body with strong attraction force by a method wherein rectangular plate-, bar- or wire-like magnetic particles are mixed and distributed in a molded body under the state that the posture of each particle is controlled. CONSTITUTION:Molding body material A such a resin or the like is mixed with rectangular plate-, bar- or wire-like paramagnetic or ferromagnetic particles B, kneaded C and molded D under heat with a molder. In the resultant molded body 1, for the heating and temperature rise E of the magnetic particle 3, the electromagnetically induced current generated with an electromagnetic induction heater 2 is passed through the magnetic particles 3 in the molded body 1. At this time, the heating and temperature rise are controlled so as to keep the temperature of the particle below its Curie point or temperature, at which the magnetic property of the magnetic particle 3 is lost. The heating and temperature rise E of the magnetic particle 3 softens and melts the ambient molded body material 4. Simultaneously with or just after the softening and melting of the material 4, the material 4 is passed through a magnetizing device 5 in order to magnetize F the particles 3 by giving magnetic field or to orientate the particle by the magnetic force of the magnetizing device 5 so as to make the direction of the magnetic particle aligne in the direction of the line of magnetic force. Thus, the positive pole and the negative pole clearly appear in the molded body, resulting in making the attraction force more stronger. |
