A desulphurizing flux, used for removing a sulphur in molten iron components, is obtained by adding converter slug and manganese ore to CaO, CaCO3 or Ca(OH)2. The flux is composed of manganese ore 1-30 wt.%, and CaO 10-100 wt.%, CaCO3 10-200 wt.% or Ca(OH)2 10-150 wt.% per converter slag 100 wt.%. The particle size of the flux charged in molten iron by the injection method is pref. below 0.1mm.
