PURPOSE:To lower and regulate water temperature in a bathtub automatically to a low temperature condition in acoordance with the choice of a bathing person when the detecting value of a water temperature detector is higher than the set value of a proper temperature setter, by a method wherein a heat cycle is operated so that heat medium is condensed in a heat exchanger at the outside of the bathtub and the heat medium is evaporated in the heat exchanger at the inside of the bathtub to cool water in the bathtub and control the water so as to have a proper temperature. CONSTITUTION:When the detecting value of a water temperature detector 32 is higher than the set value of a proper temperature setter 31, a controller 33 sets a switching valve 16, opens opening and closing valves 27B, 27D and forms the heat medium circulating circuit of water temperature cooling mode. According to these operations, high-pressure and high- temperature heat medium from a compressor 15 passes through the heat exchanger 23 of a heat accumulating tank 14 by the switching valve 16 and is condensed after dissipating the heat thereof into the heat accumulating agent of the heat accumulating tank 14, thereafter, passes through an expansion valve 16A and is evaporated in the heat exchanger 15 of a device 12 in the bathtub whereby water in the tub is cooled. When it is not necessary to accumulate heat in the heat accumulating tank 14, the opening and closing valves 27A, 27C are opened and the heat medium is condensed after dissipating the heat to the outside of the tank by the heat exchanger 21 in the device 13 out of the bathtub. |
