The invention refers to a condenser boiler suitable for different fuels. In the condenser boiler (10) is a separate boiler (11) and separate condenser (12b), at which the first fluid (14a) circulates in the boiler (11) and in a corresponding manner, a second fluid (21) circulates in the condenser (12b). The amount of material in the condenser (12b) is determined by the above mentioned second fluid (21), and in the condenser (12b) there is a separate detachable heat exchanger (18b), for which the amount of material is defined by the fuel used. The heat transfer between the detachable heat exchanger (18b) and the condenser (12b) that surrounds this is guaranteed by the use of a heat transfer medium (22).<IMAGE>
