A double roller crossrolling mill for piercing and stretching solid and hollow blocks has adjustable rollers arranged in roller stands. In order to obtain a double roller crossrolling mill with reduced height and limited extension, and which allows the rollers or the frame to be easily and quickly changed, it is proposed that the roller stands be divided into two halves (2, 3) detachably linked to each other, each supporting one roller (4, 5) and if necessary its chocks (23, 24). To adjust the advance angle of the rollers (4, 5) with respect to each other, the halves (2, 3) of the stand can swing around a common axis (A-A) normal to the axis (8) of the rolling stock. |
