PURPOSE:To obtain a guiding device for an edger mill capable of performing a roll chance free by supporting suspensibly a pair of roll guides capable of controlling intervals against guide supports through reverse screw feeding rods respectively. CONSTITUTION:because shapes 3 which differs from rolling series, are having different inner widths of flanges and / or different lengths of flange legs, the set positions of the relative interval and height of a pair of the rolling guides 4a, 4a are made variable. Therefore, both are supported suspensively through the reverse screw feeding rod 5 on the pair of right and left guide supports 6a, 6b bearing its both ends, these guide supports 6a, 6b are fitted to enable controlling the ascent and descent against roll chocks 2a, 2b.
