PURPOSE:To obtain a light weight part, to reduce the manufacturing cost and to improve the productivity, by inserting an electronic trim part between a first layer and a second layer to be impregnated with a synthetic resin and carrying out heat press molding thereof monolithically. CONSTITUTION:A roof lining 1 is formed by laminating a base material 2 and a surface material 3, both being made of a fibrous felt material impregnated with a thermosetting phenolic resin, between a top force 11 and a bottom force 12 and by carrying out heat press molding. In this case, a harness 7 on both ends of which connecters 6 an 8 are set is inserted between the base material 2 and the surface material 3 in such a way that the connecter 6 may be buried at the setting position of a room light 5 and is molded. The shape is adjusted by cutting around the circumferential part of the roof lining 1 at the bottom for trimming. The cutter blade can cut the base material 2 only as a relief is set at the harness part. The harness 7 adhered on the surface material 3 is thereafter separated off and taken up to cut off the unnecessary part of the surface material 3. |
