<p>PURPOSE:To purify waste gas and waste water by means of suitable recovery of heavy gravity mass included therein by burning together with waste gas the residual gas within a container or the gas obtained through collection from the storage thank and forced vaporization of residual liquid of heavy gravity mass, which tends to precipitate within a storage tank due to no vaporization at the ordinary temperature or less vaporizing quantity. CONSTITUTION:Waste gas or waste liquid such as air, steam and water or the like used for a pressure.proof test and airtightness test of container reexamination and used for washing of container inside is passed through a gas/liquid separation tank 4 provided as the first tank in order that they can be separated into a gaseous phase and a liquid phase. And the separated waste liquid is passed for its purification into a filteration tank 7 provided as the second tank and adjacent to the first tank 4. While, the residual liquid of heavy mass which is precipitated gradually on the bottom of a residual liquid tank due to no vaporization at the ordinary temperature or less vaporizing quantity within said residual liquid tank among the residual gas and residual liquid collected in the pretreatment of the inspection is used as fuel for burning the waste gas separated within the first tank 4. Thus, waste gas, waste liquid, residual gas and heavy mass within the residual liquid can be properly collected to accomplish purification process.</p> |
