PURPOSE:To obtain the titled compound useful as seasoning (raw material for preparing it) simply in high yield, by treating a 2-aminoadenosine derivative (salt) with deaminase. CONSTITUTION:100mumol 2-amino adenosine derivative(salt) shown by the formula I (X is H or formula II-IV) is treated with preferably 0.01-1 unit deaminase in the presence of a buffering solution (concentration is preferably 0.1- 0.2mol) such as preferably ammonium acetate, etc. at 5-6pH at 50-60 deg.C for 30-180min, to give a guanosine derivative(salt) shown by the formula V. |
