PURPOSE:To realize a rapid operation of an engine brake in a shift down from a high speed shift stage to a lower speed shift stage, by controlling in a condition through a shift stage to connect friction connecting elements or in a condition through a shift stage to connect no friction connecting element. CONSTITUTION:The feeding and the exhasting of the operation oil to hydraulic actuators 41a to 46a to operate friction connecting elements are carried out by a hydraulic circuit 60. To shift valves 71 to 73 of control stages, the first to the third control lines 106 to 108 branched from a main line 100 are connected respectively, and solenoid valves 76 to 78 installed to those control lines 106 to 108 respectively are controlled by control signals A, B, and C from a control circuit 200 respectively. Therefore, the friction connecting elements 41 to 46 are connected selectively, and the speed shift in a specific range can be carried out. |
