发明名称 FRICTIONAL MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of brake noise by the high vibration damping rate of frictional material by mutually mixing and dispersing composed frictional material and the powder grains of butyl rubber or reclaimed one. CONSTITUTION:Reclaimed butyl rubber grains are mixed into frictional material composed of asbestos, phenol resin, barium sulfate, copper powder and cashew dust or the like, and they are formed into molding material by pressurizing them to about 100kgf/cm<2> at ordinary temperature for 60 seconds. The molding material is molded by pressurizing it to about 150kgf/cm<2> at about 150-160 deg.C for 400 seconds, and finally formed into a brake friction pad by heat-treating it at 200 deg.C for 10 hours. Thus the vibration damping rate of the pad can be improved above the elastic effect of the reclaimed butyl rubber grain to prevent the occurrence of brake noise.
