PURPOSE:To easily confirm a rotation of a disk by forming a polyhedral shape containing a knurling tool of a diamond out for reflecting especially strongly a light beam to one part, on the outside wall surface of a setter, at the time of attaching a disk setter onto the center part of a CD disk, and providing an illuminating lamp thereto. CONSTITUTION:To a turntable center 3 of a motor 6, a turntable 5 is fitted through a hole, and a CD disk 4 is placed thereon. Subsequently, a disk setter 2 clamped by a clamper 8 is provided thereon and it is rotated together with the disk 4, and in this case, the following working is performed in advance to the outside wall surface of the disk setter 2. That is, a polyhedral shape or a serration for scattering a light beam is formed on the outside wall surface consisting of resin plating and a metallic material, and a knurling tool of a diamond cut for reflecting a light beam especially strongly to one part is provided. Thereafter, a light beam of an illuminating lamp 1 attached obliquely to the clamper 8 is radiated thereto, the light beam reflected irregularly therein is reflected by the disk 4, and a rotation discrimination which is scarcely viewed by a direct light can be executed easily.
