PURPOSE:To obtain a clear image whose corners also are sufficiently bright and showing no fog in a bright room by allowing a 2nd screen to form a horizontal direction diffusing lenticular lens on the face of a light incident side and to form a light shielding layer on a part corresponding to a non-condensing part of the lenticular lens on a face of the light projecting side. CONSTITUTION:Light radiated from a light source 1 is vertically diffused by a lenticular lens on a 1st screen 2, corrected to parallel beams by a Fresnel lens 7 on the 1st screen 2 and then horizontally diffused by a lenticular lens 9 on the 2nd screen 3, so that excellent diffusion can be executed over both the vertical and horizontal directions of the screens. Since the light shielding parts 5, 10 are formed on the portions corresponding to the non-condensing parts of the lenticular lens 4 for vertical diffusion and the lenticular lens 9 for horizontal diffusion, these layers 5, 10 are formed like a base to be mutually perpendicularly intersect and external light reflection preventing performance is improved. Consequently, a bright picture up to its corners and a clear image free from fogging can be obtained.
