And, in symmetrical rear-wheel speed signals, a signal at the low speed side is inputted into a control logic circuit 12 from a low select circuit 11 and an all-wheel speed signal into a pseudo-body speed arithmetic circuit 13, respectively. And, when deceleration of pseudo-body speed is more than the specified value and a slip factor in a low peak point of control system wheel speed Vw is less than the specified percentage, as well as when mean acceleration at time of the wheel speed Vw being restored is more than the specified value, the pressure starting point at this time is constituted so as to be changed to that point reached to the reference speed after the wheel speed Vw elapses since the low peak point.
