PURPOSE:To instantaneously collect management information of each part, and to manage it without causing an error, by adding the management informa tion to each part, so that its can be read out by a maintenance processor. CONSTITUTION:A maintenance processor 4 is provided with a management information buffer 5, and the management information buffer 5 has plural input parts for receiving the management information of parts to be managed, at every plural information processors 1-3. Each information processor 1-3 is constituted of plural pieces of card packages PK1-PK4, and on each card PK1-PK4, parts to be managed PT11-PT14, PT41-PT44 are loaded, respective ly. On each part to be managed PT11, PT12,...PT44, a register 16 for holding the management information of the parts to be managed is provided, this regis ter 16 is connected to the maintenance processor 4 by a signal line 30, and a management information read-out mode signal which is turned ON/OFF by the operation of the maintenance processor 4 is inputted. In such a way, the management information of parts can be collected and utilized instantaneously.
