<p>A process for fully removing from the perfluoropolyethers having a minimum vapor tension, the organic polluting matters containing group -OH and/or bonds <IMAGE> consisting in treating the perfluoropolyether with oxygen, or chlorine or fluorine, at a high temperature and in the presence of ultraviolet radiations, in order to convert the impurities to volatile degradation products easily removable by degassing.</p> |
