PURPOSE:To improve installing performance and strength by slidingly engaging a belleville-spring-shaped flange with an interval from the end part at a cross- member having a flange at its one end part, and by inserting and fixing the cross-member in the opening part of a hollow frame. CONSTITUTION:One end part 12 of a cross-member 1 to which a flange 2 is fixed is inserted in the opening part 10 of a hollow frame 6, and a fixing means 11 such as a bolt and so forth is inserted and fixed into installing holes 4 and 5. Next, a belleville-spring-shaped flange 3 engaged with the cross-member 1 is slided, the fixing means 11 is inserted into the installing holes 4 and 5 and the flange 3 and the frame 6 are fixed together. In this way, the cross- member 1 can be fixed firmly in the close fit state, torsional rigidity is improved and installing operation can be carried out easily.
