PURPOSE:To perform the satisfactory welding of a joint part with a complicated shape by providing a gap on the joint part and filling powder made of material to improve the weldability in said gap. CONSTITUTION:The gap 7 is provided on the joint part 6 in advance by the machining and the powder 5 made of the material to improve the weldability is filled in the gap 7 to melt the joint part 6 by an energy beam 4. Even the joint part 6 with the complicated shape or structure is easily filled with the powder 5 by the flowing property of the powder 5 and there is no scattering of the powder 5 at the time of welding and the satisfactory welding is performed. |
