PURPOSE:To enable desired enzyme analysis without requiring purification, by separating an enzyme in a test specimen by electrophoresis and analyzing enzymatic activity by coloring based on enzymatically active group. CONSTITUTION:An unpurified test specimen of enzyme is subjected to electrophoresis, the prepared carrier of electrophoresis is brought into contact with a reaction solution to carry out enzymatic reaction and coloring based on enzymatic activity is measured to perform qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis of activity measurement of desired enzyme. Preferably the enzymatic reaction is carried out by the use of NAD as a coenzyme and making NADH formed by the reaction participate in coloring. |
