Feeding process for textile fibres

The process uses a flock feed installation and involves forming a fibre flock fleece out of the delivered fibre flocks. A thin or light fleece is formed out of a loose fibre assembly delivered by the block feed device. The fleece thickness or weight is measured in the area between the feed installation and the opening roll of the fibre opener or cleaner. The rotation speed of the drive for the fibre material transporting rolls of the feed installation are altered in accordance with the measured value.
