Circuit arrangement for voltage monitoring

The intention is to provide a circuit arrangement for monitoring the operating voltage of telecommunication equipment or installations with a monitoring relay connected in the d.c. circuit of a rectifier bridge which incurs as little expenditure as possible and can be used equally for low and high d.c. or a.c. voltages. For this purpose, a parallel connection comprising a capacitor and a PTC thermistor is inserted into the input circuit of the rectifier bridge. The circuit arrangement is used in telecommunication systems, in particular in power distributors.
