摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve the weldability of a sandwich type laminated metal sheet by a method wherein cooling of the laminated metal sheet is effected under constraint down to the temperature region, in which the storage elastic modulus of resin shows higher than or equal to a specified value. CONSTITUTION:Steel bands 2 and 2' unwound from steel band coils 1 and 1' are introduced in preheating ovens 3 and 3' and, after preheating, sent to deflector rolls 4 and 4'. On the other hand, a resin film unwound from a resin film coil 6 is preheated at a preheating oven 7 and introduced to laminating rolls 5 so as to be sandwiched between the steel bands 2 and 2' and fixed together under heat and pressure with thermocompression fixing rolls 5 and 8 and, after that, while being constrained with cooling rolls 9, cooled down to the temperature region, in which the storage elastic modulus of resin shows higher than or equal to 1.0X10<7> dyn/cm<2>, and finally cooled down in a quenching region 10 nearly to normal temperature so as to be taken up through bridle rolls 11 to a take-up roll 13 in the form of a laminated steel sheet (band) 12. Further, molten filler-containing resin is applied onto one side of the metal sheet. After that, a metal sheet is arranged on the resin so as to be heated and fixed by pressure and successively cooled while being constrained with cooling rolls.</p>
