PURPOSE:To generate magnetic data in accordance with the reading speed of a reader by generating magnetic data from magnetic generating members at a speed according with the indication. CONSTITUTION:A contact part 11 arranged in a position according with the standard of an IC card 10, a keyboard part 12, a display part 13 which is arranged on the upper face of the keyboard part 12 and consists of a liquid crystal display element and magnetic generating members 14a and 14b are provided on the surface of the IC card 10. Information to designate transaction contents is stored in a data memory 31; and when the magnetic data generation speed is instructed by the keyboard part 12, magnetic generating members 14a and 14b are driven and controlled at this indicated generation speed in accordance with stored contents of the data memory 31 by a magnetic generating member control circuit 40. |
