<p>PURPOSE:To remarkably reduce a position detecting error in the peripheral part of a coordinating detecting plane, by attaching a correcting sense loop on each sense wire in an electromagnetic induction type coordinate reader. CONSTITUTION:A sense wire 1 formed by arranging a large number of rectangular sense loops 2 having the same shape keeping equal intervals and connecting them is prepared. One correcting sense loop 3 is provided at every position separated from the rectangular sense loop 2 on the both end parts of the said sense wire 1 by a prescribed distance, and the width of the said correcting sense loop 3 is set appropriately, and also, the said correcting sense loop 3 is attached on and connected to an original sense wire, or is not connected based on the position of a coordinate indicator 7. Therefore, an induced voltage generate don the correcting sense loop 3 is set equal to the induced voltage generated on the original sense wire 2, and the characteristic of the induced voltage of the sense wire for the relative position of the coordinate indicator becomes equal to the one even in a case where the coordinate indicator exists in the peripheral part of the coordinate detecting plane as well as in the center part.</p> |
