Methods for constructing an offshore naval airstation in international waters having the following geographical coordinates : latitude 25 DEG 35' North, longitude 57 DEG 8' 30'' East, over depths of approximately -25 m, in a waiting area. The naval air station constructed using, above all, scrapped ships and rocks from the U.A.E. would comprise two runways 15 and 16, a heliport 17 a large port roadstead 18 with a way in and a way out 19 and 20. <IMAGE>
