A cold fusion power generating apparatus, comprising a deuterium atom generator (1), a heat exchange device (2), and an energy storage device (3), the deuterium atom generator (1) being connected to the heat exchange device (2) by means of a gas intake channel, the heat exchange device (2) being in electrical communication with the energy storage device (3), a plurality of reaction tubes (20) and power generating tubes (22) being disposed within the heat exchange device (2), the exchange device (2) being filled with a heat-emitting medium, and the gas intake channel being connected to the reaction tubes (20); reaction material containing deuterium atoms is introduced by means of the gas intake channel, said reaction material producing a cold fusion reaction in the reaction tubes (20) and releasing a large quantity of thermal energy; the heat-emitting medium conveys the thermal energy to the power generating tubes (22), and the power generating tubes (22) are able to convert the thermal energy into electric energy to transmit to the energy storage device (3) for storage or transmission. |
