Disclosed is a capsule for preparing a nutritional beverage and which has a controlled outlet system, wherein the controlled outlet system comprises: a body in the shape of a plectrum which projects outwards from the capsule, producing a shape in the form of a cup that projects into a lower chamber of the capsule; a rim of the cup; a peripheral rim of the lower chamber of the capsule; and a membrane, the membrane being sealed in a first sealing area on the peripheral rim of the lower chamber of the capsule and in a second sealing area on the rim of the cup. In turn, the membrane is provided with slits to facilitate the opening thereof when the pressure increases inside the body of the capsule.
