A temperature collection apparatus for pots comprises a temperature detection element (4). The upper end of the front part of a handle (2) is connected to a pot body (1). A conformal connection portion (21) which is tightly attached to the outer side wall of the pot body (1) and provided with a wiring groove (22) is formed at the lower end of the front part of the handle (2). The temperature detection element (4) is disposed at the tail end of the wiring groove (22) of the conformal connection portion (21), and is located at the edge of the bottom of the pot body (1). The pot has a simple structure, resolving the problem of difficulty in shaping of a composite plate on the pot wall by stretch forming. The temperature collection apparatus provides accurate temperature detection, is easy to assemble, and can meet the requirements on the temperature detection for pots that are made of an aluminum alloy or a composite steel or iron material by stretch forming. |
