<p>Cleaning machine, especially for electronic components, comprising an enclosure (10) substantially closed with inlet (12) and outlet (14) windows and traversed by a conveyor (16) providing the displacement of the said components, and solvent cleaning devices (20, 18, 30) arranged along the path of the said conveyor, these devices comprising at least: - a prewash stage (20) by spraying solvent over the components; - a washing stage by immersing the components in a solvent bath contained in an immersion vessel (18); - a rinsing stage (30) by spraying solvent over the components. Heating elements (26) are combined with the immersion vessel (18) with a view to maintaining the solvent bath in a continuous state of boiling. Heating elements (42) are combined with the rinsing stage (30) with a view to continuously bringing the solvent into the vicinity of its boiling point. The enclosure (10) is surmounted by a condenser unit (64) intended for recondensing the solvent vapours, the condensates of the latter being collected in a pure solvent reservoir (36) for supplying the rinsing stage (30), the solvent originating from the rinsing stage (30) being collected at one end of the immersion vessel (18) and removed at the other end, so as to maintain a flow of solvent in the vessel (18) in a direction opposite that of the displacement of the components. <IMAGE></p> |
