发明名称 COMBUSTION IMPROVING AGENT FOR GAS ANALYSIS
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the extraction rate of gaseous S and C to be analyzed and to enhance the accuracy of measured values by incorporating W or W and Sn into a combustion improving agent and forming at least part of the surface thereof to a smooth plane or curved shape. CONSTITUTION:This combustion improving agent contains W and at least part of the surface thereof is formed to the smooth plane or curved shape or the curved surface such as the side face of a cylindrical column. The embodiments thereof include the combustion improving agents having a die shape (the surface is plane), spherical shape (the surface is spherical), columnar face (the front and rear faces of the surface are plane and the side faces are curved), etc. Such combustion improving agent is produced by press-molding of W powder or mixture composed of W and Sn which is raw material. The molded powder grains are formed to arbitrary shapes such as die, spherical and columnar shapes and to arbitrary grain sizes by adequately selecting the shapes of tooling used for the press-molding, by which the strength of the combustion improving agent is controlled.
