<p>PURPOSE:To apply the power supply of its own system only when both a receiver and a transmitter are ready so that the power consumption is decreased and at the same time to inform the occurrence of abnormality to outside without using another communication means, by using a system which controls a power supply control circuit and an incoming call detecting circuit, etc. CONSTITUTION:An incoming call detecting part 2 is connected to a MODEM 1 connected to a circuit of a power supply remote control system. Thus the signal of the MODEM 1 is supervised. Then an auxiliary power supply application signal is turned on and the power is supplied to a power supply control circuit 3 from an auxiliary power supply 5. A communication control circuit 7 of the circuit 3 divides a received message into an addressed part, a transmitter part, a data part, etc. Then a ciphering data part is decoded. At the same time, the circuit 7 is connected to a microprocessor MPU9 via a switch circuit 8 connected to the system 4 and the MPU9 controls an abnormality detecting circuit 10 and a power supply make/break control circuit 11. Then a primary power supply 6 is controlled by the circuit 11 and the power received from the power supply 6 is supplied to the system 4.</p> |
