<p>The landing system has a pivoting chamber (1) in which is fitted a damper rod (2) projecting downwards out of the chamber and able to move in an axial direction (3), a rocking beam (4) pivotably mounted at a lower end of the damper rod (2) and carrying wheels (6), and torque links comprising an upper leg (7) and a lower leg (8) articulating with one another, the upper leg (7) being articulated to the chamber (1) and the lower leg (8) being articulated to the rocking beam; it is characterised in that it has locking means (9, 15) to restrict a downward pivoting movement of the upper leg (7) of the torque links.
