The purpose of the present invention is to provide a power-saving air-conditioning apparatus having a high resistance to external noise. This air-conditioning apparatus is equipped with: an outdoor unit 2 connected to an AC source 1; and indoor units 3A and 3B connected to the AC source 1 with the outdoor unit 2 interposed therebetween. The outdoor unit 2 has: a first current path through which the AC power supplied from the AC source 1 is supplied to a control power supply generation section 33 through either the indoor unit 3A or the indoor unit 3B, a first outdoor power feed switching relay 13B, and a second inrush current suppressing resistor 13A; and a second current path through which the AC power supplied from the AC source 1 is supplied to the control power supply generation section 33 through a first noise reduction section 11, a second outdoor power feed switching relay 13D, and a surge current suppressing resistor 13E. When the inrush current to the control power supply generation section 33 is likely to be generated, the AC current of the AC source 1 is supplied to the control power supply generation section 33 through the first current path. When the inrush current to the control power supply generation section 33 is unlikely to be generated, the AC current of the AC source 1 is supplied to the control power supply generation section 33 through the second current path. |
