PURPOSE: To prevent a vibration on reading the record and to reduce deviation in auto-tracking and auto-focusing by maintaining flatness at 30 μm or less of the printing surface for designed pattern prepared on the surface of the substrate. CONSTITUTION: The optical recording medium 5 is prepared over the guide groove 4 of the substrate 3 and prepare the adhesive layer 6 over the medium 5 to laminate a covering material 7 in order to protect the optical recording medium 5. The printing surface for designed patterns is prepared on another side and patterns 1 are printed to form the relief pattern 2. The height of relief pattern is defined by the thickness of printed ink to be normally 30 μm or less, desirably 20 μm or less. The transparent overcoat 8 is formed thickly enough to make flat the printed surface when the relief height of printed pattern 2 exceeds 30 μm. |
