<p>PURPOSE: To realize downsizing by connecting a common inlet pressure path to the same common inlet pressure path of an adjacent manifold stacking base, providing a common exhaust path and a cylinder port, and making a flow controlling valve be freely detachable. CONSTITUTION: Inlet supply path 24 is connected to an end of common inlet supplied pressure path 25 across manifold stacking base 10. Pressure regulating valve 22 is disposed at the right end of stacking base 10. Flow controlling valves 20, 21 control the rate of flow from switching valve 11, and are made freely attachable to and detachable from the main body. Cylinder port 100 is connected with transverse paths 101 to 103. Consequently, a simple structure, small size and easy manufacture can be realized.</p> |
