CONSTITUTION:The photoreceptive member 100 is obtained by laminating on a supporting body 101 made of an Al alloy or the like a photoreceptive layer 102 composed of the lower layer 103 and the upper layer 104 made of a nonmonocrystalline material containing Si as a base and H or/and halogen, and provided with the layer region in contact with the layer 103, containing at least one of C, N, and O. The lower layer 103 is made of an inorganic material containing Al, Si, H, and Cu, and provided with a layer region containing Al, Si, and H in a nonuniform distribution in the layer thickness direction, and when needed, Ge, Sn, Or an atom for controlling durability or image quality, or the like can be added. |
