PURPOSE:To reduce the cost for mounting a filter and to improve productivity by adhering an adhesive tape to a rolled filter and cutting the filter at every required length, then conveying the filter to the prescribed point of a casting mold and fixing the same to said point by suction conveying means. CONSTITUTION:A filter letting-off section 8, a double-face adhesive tape letting- off section 13 are provided to a feeder 5 for the net-like filter. Release paper 14 taking-off means 15, pressing and fixing means 16 and cutting means 17 are respectively disposed. The rolled filter 1 and the tape 2 are respectively let off from the respective reels 8, 6 of the letting-off sections 8, 13 and the tape 12 is adhered to the filter 1. The filter 1 is then cut together with the tape 12 when an upper blade is lowered by a cylinder 94. A suction plate 162 is actuated by moving plates 19, 21 and a lifting bracket 24 by which the filters 1 are automatically adhered successively to the casting mold 167. The mounting cost is reduced by the automated operations and the productivity for mounting the filter 1 is improved as well. |
