PURPOSE:To obtain a combined member of a small noise generation amount which is efficient in assembling property and can be manufactured at a low cost, by a method wherein a nose at which a wire guide part is formed is combined with a driving means by a combined member, and an attenuation member having elasticity is jointed to or is coated on a surface of the combined member. CONSTITUTION:A dumper arc and an armature axis 6a are supported with a fulcrum presser 15. Respective members are combined from an outside of the fulcrum presser 15 by spring force of a fixing rubber 8a, and one end of the fixing spring 8a is fixed to a noise 10. An attenuation member 8b having elasticity on its surface is adhered to or coated on the fixed end spring 8a. Vibration causing noise in printing operation is generated principally when a printing wire 1 collides against a printing medium 14 and collides with the dumper arc in returning. Though sound is emitted by vibration of a surface, since the attenuation member 8b of efficient attenuation characteristics exists between the fulcrum presser 15 and stainless copper in the fixing spring 8b, the vibration is intercepted by this layer, and vibration to be transmitted to the fixing spring 8a is decreased. |
