PURPOSE:To obtain a fancy yarn rich in a change of color tone, by intermittently spraying divided fancy fibers from a fiber feeding part provided near a drafting part for twisting a roving for a core yarn and forming the core yarn. CONSTITUTION:A fiber bundle of a roving (1A) is formed into a fleece 8 of no twist by given drafting operation and then converted into a twisted yarn 13 by action of a ring traveler. A fiber bundle of a roving (1B) is drafted in a drafting zone and suitably divided at the same time. The resultant divided fibers 11 are blown off by air streams flowing in a guide pipe 12, wrapped around a twisted yarn 13, doubled and twisted. |
