PURPOSE:To shorten the time of cooling a diameter expanded tube by cooling the tube form both its interior and exterior. CONSTITUTION:In cooling a diameter expanded tube 63, cooling water 70 is put into its inside. The diameter expanded tube 63 is cooled directly from inside with the cooling water 70. The cooling water 70 is discharged out of the diameter expanded tube 63 by means of a pipe 74, cooled by a cooling device 76 and sent into the diameter expanded tube 63 again by means of a pump 78 to be circulated. The outside of the diameter expanded tube 63 is cooled with cooling water 44 in a cooling section 40. The cooling time becomes shorter, a cooling cylinder 42 shorter, and the whole apparatus very compact. |
