PURPOSE: To make a faucet for a washing place safe and convenient to handle so that the faucet does not get in the way, by arranging the faucet in the recessed part provided to the wall surface of a bathroom so that the faucet is freely housed in the recessed part in a freely revolvable manner. CONSTITUTION: A faucet for washing place consisting of an operation part 5 and a water outlet part 6 is attached within the recessed part 4 formed on a part of the wall surface 7 of a washing place and the water outlet part 6 of the faucet for the washing place is revolved at a time of non-use to be housed in the recessed part 4 and revolved at a time of use to be allowed to protrude forwardly. The units in constituted so that water is does not come out from the faucet if the water outlet part is housed in the recessed part 4. A rubbery cover is attached to the spigot and the spigot is not hot even after hot water is used and can be revolved by an bare hand. By this constitution, since a protruding article is not provided within a bathroom by housing the faucet for the washing place in the recessed part 4 provided to the wall surface 7 of the washing place, danger can be prevented. |
